The base of the figure is sealed. There is some light wear to the gilding along the raised parts of the casting. There is a small hairline crack to the ribbon running down the base on the figure's left side. The flowers rising from the lotus buds held on the left and right are missing. The coral may be a later replacement. The figure is finely cast, the casting is rich in detail.
