Condition
The finial is in overall good condition. There are very minor chips to the sharp and/or raised parts of the design. There are traces of a brownish glue to the base. The colour of the stone is of a more greyish-pale celadon tone than the catalogue illustration suggests with some natural veins running through the stone at the base, back and across the dragon's head. The wood stand has some minor damage.
