Condition
The watch is running at the time of cataloguing, however it may require service soon. The dial is unusual, featuring small dots at the 5-minute increments to the outer tracking. There are two very small, nearly imperceptible hairline cracks to the very edge of the dial between 11 and 1 o'clock.The case shows some light surface scuffs but is in overall good condition. Personal engraving to the cuvette reads, "Charles S. Reed from his mother, wife, and sisters Christmas 1916." Outside of case back monogrammed 'CSR'. Further accompanied by a spare hairspring.
The Spaulding & Co. case has a Patek Philippe sticker to the bottom which is numbered 183066, matching the movement number of the watch.
