Condition
The work is in good condition overall, as is the silk, free from runs and holes. There is a faint rub to the silk (located on the woman's right arm), but paint layers are well-preserved and stable. Under ultraviolet light inspection, there is no evidence of restoration. Framed.

二十世紀越南繪畫的含蓄委婉被黎譜在《斟茶仕女圖》中徐徐道出。畫家深明絹畫之理,一張上好的日本柞絲綢貼於板上,再小心把膠水推出邊緣,晾乾後翌日施之墨與水粉。兩種媒材一東一西,又兼用古今技法,配合得當。黎譜在此畫中專注於仕女及茶兩個元素,演繹茶藝風華。
有說茶實源自越南,在其北部安沛、義路等地便有大批野茶樹,相傳始於中石器時期的和平文化,由此可見,越南的茶文化根深蒂固。新採綠葉,或是荷花、菊花與藻類,皆可入茶。茶是禮節,更是品詩賞畫間不可或缺的良伴。
畫中仕女身穿素淨越式旗袍,是嚴謹的越南服飾在三十和四十年代現代化後之物。仕女席地而坐,右手持茶壺,恭敬地斟茶,眉目舉止間無不散發優雅綽約之氣。
《斟茶仕女圖》中,黎譜運用西方視點,又以中國書法之筆法勾勒線條,配合輕柔的粉色調,和諧養目。畫家利用絹畫特點,表現微妙層次關係,技巧可見一斑。
「黎譜天生知曉如何表達女子的婷婷姿態,花間美人,歡悅明亮。即便與其時許多畫家所走路線不同,這份天賦使他重現清純之美,回歸自然之本。」
