The jade is a medium very slightly bluish green, with good translucency and only slight color mottling. The diamonds are approximately F-H color, VVS-VS clarity. The colored stones are bright and lively and lightly included. Clips numbered I and II. Each is signed Cartier London on the rim at the side of the clips.

These double clip-brooches from Cartier London are a variant of the famous tutti frutti coloring that the design firm utilized most notably during the Art Deco period. Centered by jade instead of emeralds, these designs are a prime example of the Eastern influences at the House of Cartier.
