Condition
Rubies of Burmese origin cannot be imported into the US. This piece contains a ruby of Burmese origin and therefore cannot be imported into the US. Please contact the jewellery department for further information or see our Important Notices.
According to the SSEF report the ruby, measuring 13.35 x 10.09 x 7.92 mm and weighing 9.80 carat, is of Burmese origin with no indications of heating, it is purplish red of medium strong saturation, for further information please refer to the report; with typical crystal inclusions, few surface reaching, minor scratches and nicks, small cavity to the pavilion. Gross weight approximately 2 grams.
