依其家族傳統，此藍寶石曾屬於法皇拿破崙第一任妻子約瑟芬·波哈內(1763-1814年)。
Condition
Mounted in silver and gold. According to the SSEF report, the sapphire measures 24.81 x 19.01 x 11.04 mm and weighs 43.274 carats, it displays typical crystal inclusions, few of them surface reaching, polished cavity to the pavilion; please refer to the Gübelin, SSEF and Gem Tech reports for further details. Diamonds estimated to weigh a total of approximately 30.00 - 32.00 carats, on average of G-J colour and VS-SI clarity (few I), as gauged and graded in mounting. Signs of normal wear to the metal, scratches consistent with use. In good condition.
