Condition

Black velvet bag: Embroidery in good condition. Moonstones and rhodolite garnets well matched in colour, in good condition.
Aventurine, carnelian and rhodolite garnets bag: Gemstones well matched in colour, in good condition. Embroidery in good condition. Some staining to fabric.
Cream coloured bag: With tag "Merlet, 3 Fbg St Honoré, Paris". Minor discolouration of the sides of the bag and the handles, signs of use around clasp, small stain on fabric close to clasp.
White beaded bag: With French assay marks for silver. Maker's marks. Tags with "Made in France" and "Merlet 3, Faubg. St. Honoré - Paris". Beading in good condition. Some discolouration to fabric and metal.
Black suede bag: This bag contains material from an endangered species, please see disclaimer above. Tortoiseshell with few scratches in good condition. Few signs of wear to the suede. Diamonds of decorative quality.
All bags in good condition.
