Colour and Clarity: According to both Gübelin and GRS reports, the ruby is natural, of Burmese (Mogok) origin, with no indication of thermal treatment. Also accompanied by a GRS Platinum Award, stating that it is "very rare combination of size over 10ct, from the classical mining area of Mogok, excellent color and spared of thermal enhancements". Surrounding diamonds, according to GIA reports, are D to F colours, VVS1 to VS2 clarity. Please refer to the reports and Platinum Award for details. In our opinion, the ruby is of strong red colour, slightly included to naked eyes. Upon 10x loupe, there are natural inclusions, such as silks and fingerprints, not surface reaching. Condition: Platinum and karat gold ring mount, in very good condition. IMPORTANT NOTICE: Please note that jadeite and rubies of Burmese origin and articles of jewellery containing jadeite or rubies of Burmese origin all less than 100 years old may not be imported into the US. The purchaser's inability to import any item into the U.S. or any other country as a result of these or other restrictions shall not justify cancellation or rescission of the sale or any delay in payment.
