The case is in good overall condition with strong hallmarks to the reverse, case and bracelet both ideally require cleaning. The integral bracelet is stamped JP to the buckle and number 17, shows little wear. The original dial has various and numerous obvious tarnishing, possibly from moisture. The quartz movement is not running and the winding stem does not secure. The stem is held in place via a button on the underside of the case, depressing the button should release the stem. The levers to secure the stem is possibly out of place as the hands will only mode into hand-setting position. In short a service and repair, at the buyers expense, is required immediately. We will request a watchmaker to examine the movement and potentially repair it prior to the auction. Please check with the department.
