Condition
Movement is in working order while cataloguing. Dials are nice and clean. Very minor hairline scuffs to the rim of the bezel, only visible under a loupe. High quality diamonds are all intact. Buckle with minor surface scuffs. Overall condition is excellent.

儘管以珠寶設計享譽國際，卡地亞亦是第一個在20世紀初期生產男士腕錶的品牌，奠定了當代腕錶設計的基礎。1904年，巴西先鋒飛行員，Alberto Santos-Dumont對他朋友Louis Cartier抱怨懷錶缺乏實用性，不適合在飛行時使用。Cartier於是挑戰了這個難題，設計了一款極具特色的方形錶圈腕錶。這枚腕錶不僅征服了Santos-Dumont，也征服了許多卡地亞品味獨到的高端客戶。 “Santos”系列由此誕生並成為品牌永恆摩登的代表作。卡地亞還在1910年製造了蝴蝶錶扣，時至今日，被無數製錶商採用。
