至正二年（1342）仲夏作，陳仲仁。
題跋：
陳君主簿於陽城，人物花鳥皆至精。吳興郡亦作山長，文敏公嘗畏後生。苔點麓寒厚所厚，松陰雲活清其清。若教多寫可多得，豈減四家元代名。樹園老前輩藏此卷屬後學錢載題之，遂據圖繪寶鑑所紀以成抝律。乾隆辛卯（1772）十二月廿八日。
