高邕（1850-1921）字邕之，號李盦、孟悔、聾公。別號清人高子、中原書丐、西泠字丐。仁和（今浙江杭州）人，寓居上海。清末官至江蘇縣丞。曾與錢慧安、蒲華、王震等人創立「豫園書畫善會」，用所得潤資賑災濟貧。其收藏八大山人書畫頗有盛名，印有《泰山殘石樓藏畫集》。
左軸軸頭刻有「程齡孫持津樂」。程齡孫即程霖生（1888－1943），又名源銓，安徽歙縣人。繼承父業以地產起家，後亦創建實業。嗜金銅器，印有「新安程氏收藏古金銅器影印冊」；亦不惜重金收石濤、八大及新安諸家，并輯有「石濤題畫錄」。其所收藏書畫精品均用紫檀木通軸，左軸頭刻「程齡孫持津樂」，右軸頭刻「遂吾廬」。
