款識：
近承顧都憲公之遼安撫邊事，往還山海關，皆曾過我， 備言匏蓭愛我之盛情。昨西還時，嘗附奉上鄙詩，用此公原惠詩韻也。但燈下呵凍，夜深所寫，倦甚未能封。次日此公行之甚早，不及封亦未及讀過。送行時轎上草草一看。內第二句夢裡猶驚宦海塵，落一海字。其日冷甚，不能讀過，恐更有差訛落字。可取顯奉顧公原稿正之可也。公贈三時，通和十五首，其間醜惡處必多，痛為斤正之。傍注示及，又同年中見愛真情也，顯再拜。
