〈一〉高懸鐵幹三千丈，不解雲根何處栽。雖得畫家花事譜，年年春色自天來。寫於金陵借園之梅花樓。
〈二〉任經凍雨任經霜，物外閒情世外粧。莫笑最癡思佐伴，三間茅屋作花房。
〈三〉平生事事居人後，畫到梅花不讓先。冣是嶺南開得早，我於秋老已春天。九月三日寫與金陵。
〈四〉十日厨煙斷未炊，古梅幾筆便舒眉。冰花雪蕊家常飯，滿肚春風搃不饑。借園偶做。
〈五〉天生懶骨無如我，畫到梅花興不同。最愛新枝長且直，不知屈曲向春風。
〈六〉不知春去與春回，筆底梅花鎮日開。自信胸藏三尺雪，六花吐出五花來。
〈七〉蹉跎年少盡春華，踏遍紅塵到處家。近日詩腸無好句，關門累月畫梅花。
〈八〉誰道梅花秋不開，老天隨意能人栽。金風若送多情雪，筆底明珠十斛來。
乾隆十九（1754）年秋仲寫，李方膺。

-Paper bears a tanned tone due to age
-Fold marks at the middle of each leaf due to previous mounting
-Minor stain spots due to age on most leaves
