題跋：
右唐臨〈曹娥碑〉真跡，上有「緝熙殿寶」及雙龍小璽，蓋宋宣和內府物也。先朝又藏在內府，甲申三月之變，歷代秘珍一朝散軼。吾友黃太常仲長從風塵中物色得之，持以眎餘。覽其筆法，絕似虞永興，雖未敢斷為必然，其為初唐人手筆無疑矣。昔人云：「唐臨晉帖，下真跡一等。」以其風流未遠，摹仿逼似也。則此書真稀世之珍，豈人間所得而褻玩者哉！
己丑（1649）仲秋廿三日，北海孫承澤題。
鈐印：
「倚雲樓」、「孫承澤印」、「北海」。
藏印：
「緝熙殿寶」（二鈐）、「固叔平生真賞」、「程年」（二鈐）、雙龍印。

-Overall in good condition except that the paper bears a tanned tone due to age
-Considerable amount of paper loss can be found at the beginning and end of the scroll
