勁予先生深通武術，更精針疚及跌打瘡科醫學，求診者必着手回春，聞有認為不治者，亦能起死回生，誠當世之佗、扁也。頃移居美國，離別依依，屬畫扇面及小幅。多年深交，亟為報命，因作〈君子之德風圖〉為贈，用誌歌頌及景仰耳。丙寅。少昂八十二歲。
鈐印︰「趙」、「少昂」、「造化入筆端筆端奪造化」。
藏印：「梁勁予所藏金石圖籍印」。
