巨來先生文席，
承惠印章，玉潤珠圓，有嶧山遺意。昨有客來訪，見尊製印，驚歎以為近所未有。試印之，詔儒印泥不佳，不足以盡篆刻之妙，以為美中不足。而手邊亦實無好印泥也，將來能由足下介紹，或以拙畫求易，最妙也。
近因故鄉消息不通，心緒煩懣，惟勉強作畫易米耳。承命重畫刊登封面之件，因不記得尺寸，請寄一樣式，當即畫好寄上尊府。俟心緒稍佳，當即呈正，想數日內，當勉成也。儒集成畫幅後，擬在滬開展，亦維持衣食，不得已也。肅上，即頌文安，不具。溥儒頓首

自陳巨來刀下，〈安持精舍印冣〉中多有收錄。札中所及亦刻印求畫之
事。未署年，內容有擬在滬舉行畫展句，似屬心畬先生已南來，或寄
寓杭州時；又謂「故鄉消息不通」，或指京津局勢危殆，戰火燃眉之
際；且他贈巨來作品集中於四六至四八年間，若考上述背景，本札或
可推為一九四八年底所書。
