The left hand of the Buddha has been replaced, and there are traces of gilt lacquer on the legs and feet which might cover a possible repair. There is a casting flaw that can be found on the interior of the pedestal on the backside, and there is residue in the hair on the back of the head. The incising on the chest is less defined, and there is gilt loss and scratching throughout.
