of compressed ovoid for rising to a tall cylindrical neck and everted rim, the body boldly painted with six writhing four-clawed dragons in furious pursuit of 'flaming pearls', amid flames, all raised on a tall splayed foot painted with alternating cruciform clouds and precious objects
Condition
The vase is in overall good condition. There is a tripartite glaze crack on the base and a glazed over indentation along the foot rim. The copper red is over-fired to a predominantly greyish-brown color.
