拍品資料及來源

According to Hugh Moss, Victor Graham and Ka Bo Tsang in A Treasury of Chinese Snuff Bottles: The Mary and George Bloch Collection, vol. 5, Glass part 2, p. 327, the basket-weave design was popular at the Imperial court from the mid-Qing period onwards. A bottle of very similar design to the first bottle in this lot, but carved from yellow glass, is illustrated in Bob C. Stevens, The Collector's Book of Snuff Bottles, New York, 1980, no. 169.
