the rounded sides rising to a short waisted neck and lipped rim, painted to the exterior with a continuous design of ducks swimming in and flying above a pond with flowering lotus, below a band of keyfret to the neck, with a rectangular cartouche enclosing the six-character reign mark, wood stand
Condition
This vase is in good condition, but it does have a 22cm long horizontal firing crack along the luting line which is visible to the exterior and various areas of fritting to the neck. There is also some inconsistencies to the glaze to the interior sides and base. There is a shallow 1cm by 5mm firing hole to one side of the base.
