the globular body rising from a spreading foot to a tall waisted neck, brightly painted to simulate the 'heaping and piling' effect, the body with meandering composite floral scrolls above lappet and foliate scroll bands, the shoulder encircled by a narrow composite floral scroll above pendent ruyi heads, all below upright stiff leaves and a keyfret band around the neck, the rim with a band of breaking waves above a ruyi band, inscribed to the base with a six-character seal mark

Condition
Approximately two thirds around the neck over-sprayed to conceal to rim cracks (70mm and 45mm) and one associated rim chip, measuring approximately 20mm. Otherwise in very good general condition.
