the rounded sides rising from a short foot to a flaring rim, the exterior decorated with four circular medallions enclosing various flowers, divided by four peach branches tied with a wan symbol above a band of breaking waves, all reserved on a yellow sgraffiato ground, the interior painted in underglaze blue with a central medallion of lingzhi and bamboo growing from rocks rising from crashing waves beneath two ribbon-tied wan emblems, all encircled by four composite floral sprays in the well, the base inscribed with a six-character reign mark
Condition
There is a 1cm hairline crack to the rim to one side and a feint 7mm hairline to the other. Thre is some light scracthes to the glaze to the interior.

此類黃地開光花卉紋盌乃乾隆朝瓷匠所研發而成，至道光年間傳播尤廣。本品黃地軋道錦地上飾開光花卉紋，巧以西洋畫法表現中國繪畫主題。黃地上壽桃的細節立體感豐富，反映清宮內耶穌會傳教士畫家之風格影響。本品匠心獨運，黃地上剔劃紋飾細若針尖之錦地紋飾，營造出獨特質感，細膩華麗猶如綢緞，展示乾隆年間另一創新特破。
本品紋飾未見於其他存世乾隆年製瓷碗。嘉慶作例可見錄於Francis von Noten，《Chinese Porcelain of the 19th and 20th Centuries》，羅切爾，1977年，圖版7；另一作例1995年6月7/9日售於倫敦蘇富比，編號90。另見兩件道光作例，其一出自希爾德斯海姆羅默博物館Olmer收藏，錄於Ulrich Wiesner，《Chinesisches Porzellan》，美因茨，1981年，圖版149；其二售於紐約蘇富比2007年3月20日，編號827。
同類乾隆盌例紋飾各異，如一藍地開光花卉紋作例，分別出自Lord Loch of Drylaw、Alfred Morrison、Rt. Hon. Lord Margesale of Islay收藏，分售於倫敦佳士得2004年11月9日，編號31及香港蘇富比2010年10月8日，編號2606。
