the terminal in the form of an angular dragon head with bulging eyes and baring teeth, the shaft carved in high relief with a clambering chilong grasping a sprig of lingzhi between its jaws, the reverse with a circular knop for attachment, the stone of an apple-green tone mottled with emerald inclusions
Condition
There is loss to one tip of the dragon eyebrows (1.5cm). There are overall surface wear along the edges, particularly evident along the edges of the underside. The stone is of a warmer apple-green tone compared to the catalogue illustration.
