- porcelain with lacquer stand and wood box
the curved rounded sides rising to a gently flared rim, resting on a hollow stem moulded with horizontal ridges simulating bamboo, freely painted to the exterior with a single three-clawed dragon with a slender undulating body and open jaws, pacing amongst flame wisps and chasing a pearl, the interior with a central medallion enclosing a chrysanthemum spray, all encircled with a classic scroll at the rim, lacquer stand and Japanese wood box

This rare stemcup is in very good condition with the exception of some minor nibbles around the base of the footring and some light glaze scratches.

畫工奔放脫俗之「趕珠遊龍」紋高足盃普及於元代。相 關作例見於倫敦大英博物館，錄於Jessica Harrison-Hall，《Ming Ceramics in the British Museum》，倫敦，2001年，圖版1：24；分別出自O. Harriman 女士及Cunliffe 公爵收藏的兩件作例，曾展於東方陶瓷學會《Chinese Blue and White Porcelain: 14th to 19th Centuries》展覽，Arts Council Gallery，倫敦，1953年，編號11及12；另一作例先後出自RHR Palmer、靜觀堂及玫茵堂收藏，2002年10月9日售於香港蘇富比，編號17。
帶龍鳳紋飾之同類高足盃曾出土自內蒙古集寧路元代古城遺阯，如一龍紋作例，錄於陳永誌（編），《內蒙古集寧路古城遺址出土瓷器》，北京，2004年，圖版46；三件鳳紋作例，圖版42－4；及出土時合藏於罐中之數件作品，頁12。明朝高官汪興祖墓，紀年洪武四年（1371年），曾出土一相關作例，現藏南京博物館，見汪慶正，《青花釉裏紅》，香港，1993年，圖版33。香港中文大學文物館藏一作例，曾展於《江西元明青花瓷》，江西博物館，江西，2002年，編號15。另見一盃例，足部環飾蕉葉紋，現寶蓄北京故宮博物院，錄於《故宮博物院藏文物珍品全集：青花釉裏紅（上）》，上海，2000年，圖版12。
