清康熙 青花「海水飛馬」圖盃 《大明嘉靖年製》仿款

of deep 'U' form with a narrow footring and everted rim, freely painted around the exterior in pencilled washes of cobalt with four winged rams flying above tumultuous waves, alternating with lança characters, all between line borders encircling the foot and rim and repeated on the interior rim, the interior further decorated with a lotus-spray medallion, the base inscribed with an apocryphal six-character Jiajing mark within a circle

The wine cup is in overall good condition. The glaze is applied irregularly around the footring leaving a few tiny patches of orange fired biscuit.
