the deep rounded fluted sides supported on a recessed base, carved on the interior with three rows of radiating petals resembling a chrysanthemum flower, diminishing in size toward a centre of dense stamen indicated by cross-hatching, the thin translucent stone of deep evergreen colour mottled with darker specks
Condition
There are a few natural crackles in the stone including a 2 cm. diagonal crackle in the stone, and a patch of more waxy inclusion near the rim (approx 1 x 2 cm.). Otherwise the bowl is in overall very good condition.
