清十八世紀 白玉「雙歡」佩三件

comprising a pair of frolicking badgers carved head to tail playfully biting each other; the second, a cat and its kitten biting a butterfly; the third with a cat and its kitten nestled on a lotus leaf, each carved from a white translucent stone mottled with icy inclusions and smoothly polished, wood stands

The three group carvings are overall in very good condition. There are a couple of very light bruises to the edge of the lotus leaf on the underside of the group nestled on a lotus pad (positioned on the lower left on the the illustration), and very light nibbles to the edge of the ears of the adult cat in the centre carving. The colours are consistent with the catalogue illustration.
