the washer carved in the form of a furled lotus leaf with attendant flowers and stems tied in a bunch on the underside, together with a 19th century group carving modelled in the form of a double gourd attached to a leafy stalk with two bats perched on each side, both pieces carved from white translucent stones mottled with icy streaks or russet inclusions and finished with smooth patinas, wood stands
Condition
The furled leaf washer has a small nick to the rim and some light bruises to the underside. The double gourd and bats group carving is in quite good overall condition.
