of conical form, the flared sides supported on a short straight foot, brightly enamelled on a gold ground, the interior with a central iron red dragon writhing among multi-coloured clouds and flames, further encircled around the walls by four other dragons striding in pursuit of a 'flaming pearl', all below a band of yellow and pink ruyi at the rim, the exterior similarly decorated with four dragons engaged in a similar pursuit amidst flames, below a band of pink and blue ruyi and above green crashing waves and pink key-fret at the foot, the base inscribed in pink enamel with a six-characters seal mark on a gold ground

There is a small burst air bubble under the gold enamel at the rim and some expected light wear to the gold ground in areas, but overall the bowl is in very good condition. The other enamels are in good condition.
