Condition

The condition of the marble is good with dirt and wear to the surface consistent with age. The bottom left curl of hair has been reattached. There are some naturally occuring inclusions and a small lacuna to the underside of the Faun's chin. There are some small faint scratches to the surface, such as to the chin, and some dirt in the crevices. There are a few chips and abrasions to the edges of the marble. There is some colour deposit - probably paint - particularly to the underside of the neck.
