The sheet is not laid down, but is adhered to a backing card via two hinges along the top edge. There is slight cockling to the sheet. There is a pin hole visible in the top left corner. There are slight abrasions to the bottom edge of the sheet in line with a previous framing. This is not visible in the present mount and do not detract from the overall appearance of the work. There is staining to the black sugar-paper sheet, not noticeable in the present mount. This excepting the work appears in very good overall condition. Housed in a thin gold-painted wooden frame, set within a cream card mount behind glass.
