the moulded frame carved with a central classical medallion to the top flanked by eagles and pierced scrolling foliage, with similar medallons and foliate ornament to the sides and top, with an inner cavello moulding with carved foliage to the corners and a carved husk border within. now mounted as a mirror

Condition

This frame is generally in good condition. It has been refinished and re-ebonised. There are still some losses to the painted decoration. Plate later and has some old marks.
