Condition

The sheet is partially laid down to a cream backing card, but does not appear fully laid down. There is a tiny possible tear to the top edge on the right hand side, and a further small area of possible creasing in this corner, only visible upon very close inspection. There is very minor surface dirt, with slight signs of faint foxing to the top right hand edge, and elsewhere to the sheet, visible upon close inspection, including to the sitter's right foot and the sky. This excepting the work appears in good overall condition. Housed in a thick black wooden frame, within a cream mount behind glass.
