Condition

Overall the condition of the terracotta is good with minor dirt and wear to the surface consistent with age. The terracotta is covered in a slip. The back left corner of the base (with drapery) is lost and the back right corner is restored. Restorations are also visible to the underside (where there is a hole). There are a few smaller chips and scratches, particularly to the base. There are a number of small stable original firing cracks, including one to the drapery below the flowers.
