- An anatomical study of a skeleton
- Pen and brown ink and wash;
inscribed, upper right, in French, in pen and brown ink with the different parts of the anatomy according to the key inscribed around the skeleton, also inscribed with French poetry, verso, in pen and brown ink - 24 x 36.5 cm
Condition
Hinged to the mount at the upper margin. Some light brown staining and tiny scattered foxing throughout the sheet. The ink has sunk in several places and can be seen on the verso. Otherwise the overall image is still strong and the pen and ink fresh.
