Condition
There are several horizontal creases to the paper, otherwise in good condition. Some red colored finger-marks are visible, possibly from the artist's application of her seal. Framed.

周綠雲是新水墨時期極具影響力的藝術家之一,將傳統中國書畫轉化為她心中大膽設想的宇宙。儘管她探索各種創作媒介的運用方法,例如油彩、水彩及壓克力,然而觀其熟練的作品,卻能發現她總以水墨表達出最強烈的聲音。其作品中強而有力、抑揚頓挫的筆觸,構圖的有機形態、揮灑自如的色彩運用,投射出萬物再生的意象,濃縮了蘊含堅忍與意志的宇宙觀。《宇宙便是吾心之二》標誌著其藝術事業後期的重要階段,於 1992年嚴重中風後倖存,後來更努力不懈地堅持創作,更與以往憂鬱的風格截然不同,這次傷痛的經歷卻啟迪她對佛教思想的興趣,對她的觀念帶來顯著改變,更為悠然自在。
