The colours in the catalogue illustration are fairly accurate, although the catalogue illustration fails to fully convey the rich texture of the materials apparent in the original.
Condition:
This work is in very good and original condition. Some light dust fibres adheres to the thicker and recessed areas of media. Upon close inspection, there are light drying cracks to the lower centre, centre right and to the right of the upper centre of the composition, partially visible in the catalogue illustration. There are three hairline cracks along the left edge of the composition. These and all other surface irregularities are in keeping with the artist's choice of medium and working process.
