of rounded rectangular outline with a square hole in the center, carved in relief on one side with a pair of cranes beneath a pine tree, the reverse carved with a pair of bats amid auspicious clouds surmounted by another crane, the lustrous light green stone with vibrant green splashes and some russet inclusions
Condition
There is some roughness in the stone on the lower half of the side with the bats, otherwise in overall good condition. The color is stronger than illustrated in the catalogue.
