the globular body standing on columnar lion-head legs, the waisted neck between lobed lappet bands below key-fret flanked by flared upright handles, finely worked in repoussé with grooved scrolling foliage and set with large Indian lotus inlaid in coral flanked by malachite leaves, further trimmed with alternating turquoise and coral ruyi-heads, studs and lappets, the flared bell-shaped cover inlaid with demi-florets and linked pommels encircling the high lobed finial of upright lappets and plantain leaves with a thick coral stud, all richly gilded leaving the interior with a dark reddish copper finish, wood stand (3)

Some of the inlay are replacements, and one handle with missing inlay. There is a dent to the base of the censer and possible touch up to the gilding overall.
