comprising a double-gourd vase with molded floral reserves and auspicious emblems; a lobed jar and cover with a handle to one side, resting on a tall splayed foot and painted with alternating panels of landscapes and chimes, with European mounts; an ovoid jar and cover freely painted with flowers and rockwork (4)

Condition

Double gourd vase - has some fritting to the rim. Several large burst air bubbles in the glaze on the body and a horizontal crack and some glaze loss to the body at the widest part along the luting line. Lobed jar with mount - handle has been broken and restored, top edge of knop restored, chips around foot restored, some burst air bubbles on the body restored. Jar and cover - cover - considerable fritting and glaze loss around the rim, and two firing cracks in the upper surface. Jar - there is a 1 inch (2.4cm) crack to the rim and some fritting around the rim edge.
