There is a break between the upper trumpet section and the bulb which has been repaired. There are four hairline cracks to the rim, two of which extend from restored rim chips. The interior of the mouth has been oversprayed to conceal the hairline cracks. The domed base has two large sections broken out and restored back together. The interior of the base is heavily sprayed and it appears to have been drilled and filled.
