on shell feet, with four circular tiers engraved with strapwork and edged by Greek key, supported by bulbous columns, the top with central vase or Elijah cup surrounded by six Jewish figures, one pushing a wheelbarrow, one holding a plate, two holding pails, a woman with a pail on her head, and a man with one on his back, surrounding fabric curtain with gold braid trim.

Condition good, as noted re: curtain, base metal washers under columns, decoration a bit rubbed near center on top.
