Vases of modern shape and decorated with jewel-like floral or foliate patterns set off against the intense white of the glazed porcelain are mentioned in factory archives detailing new forms designed and produced in 1909 and 1910. Rudolf Vilde (1868-1938), head of the manufactory's painting workshop since 1905, created the designs and painter Maksim Shmakov (1862?-?) finished at least 23 vases based on these designs.
