拍品資料及來源
Autograph music manuscripts by Boieldieu are of the greatest rarity at auction: we have no record of any appearing in recent decades. Jean de Paris, produced to great acclaim in 1812, is one of Boieldieu's most significant works. It was much admired by Carl Maria von Weber, who conducted the opera in Prague in 1814.
