Condition
In good condition. The rubies are well-matched for color, a medium slightly purplish red, moderately included, with one of the rubies bearing some evident chips to the girdle due to wear. The color of the rubies more closely resembles that of that actual size picture in the catalogue. The center diamond is approximately E-F color, I clarity. The remaining diamonds are approximately G-H color, VS-SI clarity. Fitted with a safety closure. Very well made and highly flexible, with fine millegrain and scroll work to the gallery and a floral motif engraved onto the ruby mountings. Accompanied by 3 AGL reports: No. CS 53846 stating that the 8.60 carat ruby is of Burmese origin, with no indications of heating, no. CS 63878 stating that the 8.48 carat ruby is of Burmese origin, with no indications of heating, and no. CS 53879 stating that the 5.99 carat ruby is of Burmese origin, with no indications of heating.
