The center plaque depicting two butterflies among flowers and grass, applied with multi-colored enamel, set with round demantoid garnets and orange garnets, accented by rose-cut diamonds, completed by a black velvet choker accented by gold spacers set with round demantoid garnets, length 13¾ inches, center plaque signed H. Dubret, maker's mark, French assay marks.

Condition

In very good condition. Some slight enamel loss at the tops of the yellow daffodils, enamel loss and damage to the black enamel in the interior frame, one diamond missing from the top right butterfly's wing. The center garnet slightly chipped and some of the demantoids abraded. Signed H. Dubret at the top of the frame.
