Colour and Clarity: According to Gübelin, SSEF and GRS reports, the centre ruby is natural, of Burmese origin, with no indication of thermal treatment, of pigeon's blood red colour. Another SSEF report states that the centre ruby and other eight rubies in the surround are from the same origin, Burma, with no indication of heating, of matching "pigeon's blood" red hue. Please refer to the reports and the appendixes for details. In our opinion, the rubies on pendant are well-matched, of saturated, strong red colour, eye clean and lively. Upon 10x loupe, there is a fingerprint running across the centre ruby, not surface-reaching and not noticeable to naked eyes. Overall, there are some natural inclusions in all rubies under loupe check, but not seen to naked eyes. Other six rubies on the chain are of similar quality. Cushion diamond in the surmount is about G colour, VS clarity. Condition: Karat white and yellow gold mount, in very good condition. IMPORTANT NOTICE: Please note that jadeite and rubies of Burmese origin and articles of jewellery containing jadeite or rubies of Burmese origin all less than 100 years old may not be imported into the US. The purchaser's inability to import any item into the U.S. or any other country as a result of these or other restrictions shall not justify cancellation or rescission of the sale or any delay in payment.
