Condition
The two stained glass windows are in very good condition overall. It appears that there have been two sessions of minor restorations, one between 1755 -1800, another in 1963 by la maison Ott Frères: In the first session, the black overpaint in the faces, draperies and the octogon appears to have been refreshed and retouched at several places and a few small pieces of glass have been replaced. The old glass elements with wineleaves above the polylobed medallion appear to have been rearranged. In1963, the lead mounts (calme) has been strengthend at several places and both panels have been reinforced by a metal wire running around the edges of the glass. Some of the green glass elements framing the medallion in the center appear to have been replaced.
Judas' Kiss:
the black paint in Christ's halo appears to have been sligthly retouched, as mentionned above.
Four minor hairline cracks to the glass, two above in the wineleaves and two in the borders.
One small glass element appears to have been replaced behind Judas' head.
Very fine pieces in very good condition overall.
